Reconstitution

that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents
to the bottom. Reconstitute in 100mM HAc to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml.
Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤-20℃. Further dilutions should be made in
appropriate buffered solutions.

Murine LIGHT
is a type II membrane protein that is a member of the TNF superfamily
(TNFSF14). LIGHT is an acronym that stands for is homologous to Lymphotoxins,
exhibits Inducible expression, and competes with HSV Glycoprotein D for HVEM,
a receptor expressed by Tlymphocytes. LIGHT has also been called HVEM-L and
LT-gamma.
